Swing Trade Patterns: When To Enter/Exit – Last 4 Trades

In this video lesson I just wanted to review my last 3 swing trades. In general I’ve been doing a very small amount of swing trading so far this year due to the fact that we’ve been in a bear market. But since we are in a Bull market now (based on Weekly, Daily, 4 Hour 180 MA) I’ve started to get back into the swing of things 😛

In general in a bullish uptrend price loves bouncing off support zones. If price moves 5-10% past entry and I wouldn’t buy more I’d look for an exit on the position. Don’t make any rash moves (we’re in a bull market) or has the trend changed? Remember we are swing trading, not day trading.

Quick things to ask yourself before entering position or placing limit order.

  1. Are we in a bullish market
  2. Is the trend of this coin up
  3. Am I getting a good value, think r/r

In the video I’ll discuss these 3 points regarding the trades below.

One of my favorite things about swing trades is they don’t take a lot of time. Place ideal limit orders to enter and exit near support and resistance levels and get back to what else you were working on.
